San Anreas Fault

Flying from Taft, California.

This is my favorite photo for dramatic impact.
It's the San Andreas fault crossing the Carrizo Plain, southern California.
Flying is the only way to get a view like this!






A very concentrated oilfield at Taft CA, only a few miles from the fault.
Must be a very good pool of oil down there.
